Nikola Sarcevic - Lock-Sport-Krock

Kurz gesagt: Es ist ein sehr schönes Album geworden. Es ist einfach ein klasse Gefühl relaxte Country / Singersongwriter-Mucke mit der doch sehr prägnanten (oder zumindestens Millencolin-Fans direkt ins Mark gehenden) Stimme Nikolas zu hören. Country, Blues, Folk, Pop mit tollen Melodien. Stärker als sonst sind auch die Texte ins Auge gefallen. Der Junge ist echt verdammt persönlich und läßt tief in seine Seele schauen... für mich ein absolutes Muß, nicht nur für Millencolin-Fans. Wär ja mal interessant gewesen, das Album ohne den Verweis auf MC zu promoten. Aber Burning Heart Rec. wollte wohl auf Nummer sicher gehen...das hat Nikola eigentlich gar nicht nötig und degradiert ihn ein wenig. Also, CD und nen Satz Kerzen kaufen - damit genießt man am besten und die Umwelt sieht auch mal wieder, dass man Gefühle in sich hat. Mal verträumt - sentimental, aber auch lockere Trucker - Stimmung kommt auf und damit meine ich nicht Pornos in nem abgewrackten LKW-Häuschen reinziehen. Wen diese Cd nicht berührt, für den ist der Zug wohl abgefahren. Nikola selber (auf www.millencolin.com): Hi everyone! I am very excited and happy to inform you about my first solo album. Last summer I entered Svenska Grammofon Studion in Gothenburg to record something that would eventually turn out as an album. Together with Henrik Wind (the Peepshows), Thomas Falk (Bombshell Rocks), Mieszko Talarczyk (Nasum) and some other friends and musicians, I recorded 13 songs, of which 11 will be on the album. Soundwise, the material ranges from Boogie-Woogie to Country and Folkrock. I think the word love is mentioned in each and every song, so If there is a "Theme of the album", it's definitely LOVE.
